While we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse (wrong size, changed your mind), we absolutely want your BailaFashion experience to hit all the right notes. For damaged or defective items:
• Contact our DJ booth (customer service) within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and message to describe the issues
• No need to return the item to receive a replacement or refund
• We'll work with the factory to get you back in rhythm quickly!
